1. Do you do meetups & Cash On Delivery?

Yes we but minimum spendings of $60SGD is required. Kindly select COD during checkout when you spend at least $60SGD excluding postage fees.

2.How will I know when the preorder item will arrive?

Items will usually arrive two week after you place and make payment to your order.

3.Why do the items run out of stock so quickly?

We sometimes have limited stocks especially for popular items. Hence it is advisable to acquire and make payment to reserve your order.

4.Can I self-collect so that I can save postage fees?

Yes we do but only for orders above $60SGD And At Orchard Mrt Station.

5.Are your stocks definitely available? Will the items look exactly as in the pictures ?

As long as you see the listing on our site with no out of stock in the product description and you can order & checkout, we will guarantee the stocks to you as we purchase in bulk first from manufacturers first before selling it to you unlike others who do not yet have stocks and only sell it based on demand model by putting up the pictures first on their website. In the event if stock is not delivered, this is usually due to defective stock which is very rare. The incident of this happening is about 3-5%. Note that we sell on first come first serve basis so unless items are checkout and paid for, they may go out of stock at anytime of the day. Actual stocks may differ from pictures as we carry inspired fashion. 90% of the items will look like the the actual picture but the rest may have slight colour differences or designs differences hence we will not offer exchanges for these differences but all this will be very minimal.

6.How long does it takes for instock item to reach me?

We will process your orders immediately and will reach you at around 3 working days. Please do note that weekend is not considered working days.

7.How is postage calculated

For the first 3 item is $2 dollars , the fourth item would be $3 . So the more you buy the cheaper your postage is.

Etc : 3 V&G Hair Clay = ( 3 x $20 ) + ( $2 Postage ) = $62 sgd only !

Etc: 4 V&G Hair Clay = ( 4 x $20 ) + ($3 postage ) = $63 sgd only !

8.What service is used for postage.

We will be using SINGPOST for our postage service. We would normally post via normal postage which doesnt comes with tracking number.

If you opt for singpost registered mail during checkout a additional of $2.50 will be added to the total amount but it comes with tracking

Number which you can track and prevent lost of package.

9.Whats the difference between normal and registered mail

Normal mail doesnt comes with tracking number so if your package is lost you cant recover it .

For registered mail it comes with a tracking number with additional fee of $2.50 but this is to ensure that

Your package can be tracked and no risk of lost of package.
